Our Assessment processes are customized to respond to the unique nature of your business and your leadership requirements.
We start by developing an understanding of your business strategy, structure and the leadership roles required for implementing results. Then, using our extensive research database, we identify the critical leadership competencies and the best possible assessment methods to meet your circumstances.
In assessing leadership potential, performance and fit we use Best Practice methods and proven science. No stone is left unturned. We use multiple measures to ensure we have a reliable picture of strengths and development needs. All assessments are flexible and can be configured to include the following tools:

- Standardized Problem Solving measures;
- Personality and Motivation questionnaires;
- Executive In-basket Simulations;
- 360 Degree Feedback evaluations; and
- Role plays and Group Presentation Exercises
We explore a wide range of issues in depth and provide a comprehensive picture of the benefits and risks of hiring decisions or new role assignments.
If development is the focus, we identify strengths, career aspirations and potential career 'derailers', clear development priorities for the leadership role and we document a plan of action (Leadership Development Gameplan©). Where appropriate we can provide follow-up Executive Coaching or Leadership Development program to ensure a successful implementation.
