USHER & ASSOCIATES offers Executive Coaching on an annual program basis with monthly face-to-face sessions along with telephone and email consultations.
At the heart of our Executive Coaching program are the beliefs that:
- learning occurs best when business leaders have objective assessment information to focus on what will make a difference to their work performance;
- leveraging strengths will yield quicker results than a focus on overcoming weaknesses; and
- support and guidance for implementing and achieving significant behavioral changes are essential to the learning process.
Our coaching program helps executives create practical and focused Executive Development Gameplans© to achieve significant business results. The focus is on leveraging strengths to maximize impact and performance on the job. This is a powerful implementation process that establishes benchmarks for assessing achievements throughout the year in the monthly coaching sessions. The Leadership Development Gameplan© provides a solid basis for follow-up, focus and accountability both for the executive and his/her coach.
Every month, the executive meets with the coach for an intensive confidential session to get candid feedback and advice about how to strengthen their leadership impact. The coach probes for key issues; helps develop and implement action items; and ensures that the executive stays on track to achieve the development goals for the month, quarter, and year.
Our approach to Executive Coaching provides the information, insight, actions, and feedback needed to develop the leadership skill sets required to achieve business goals.
